  1. Brewery finally back in operation after move from Rome, Italy to Washington DC, USA and set up of new three vessel brew system.

  2. Updated Brew Log to reflect more accurate alcohol percentages obtained from the more precise formulas used in the Beer JAVA Calculator.
  3. Added "Hydrometer Guide" under the "How To" page.
